Small variations in colour and design may occur due to the fact that all cookies are handmade. All cookies will always be sent in perfect condition and in appropriate packaging.
All cookies are only baked upon order, so please allow 1-5 days time to process and post, depending on availability.
We follow the guidelines of Royal Mail, concerning delivery times for first class, though, cannot accept responsibility for any items that are damaged, lost or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Please understand that during the lockdown (due to Covid19), many Post offices are short of staff, so delivery may take longer than usual.
Large Christmas DYO Cookie Kit
The cookies will be heatsealed and in their bags they last 3-4 weeks. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate the cookies. Once opened, place in an airtight container and consume within 1 week.
Please make sure to store the icing bags in the fridge (when not using them) for up to 2 weeks.
